Having a backround in Graphic Design. I've worked in various Advertising, marketing and design firms on macs for over 7 years. While using the Apple Macinosh (Mac) Computers in college I knew right away that the Mac was the kind of computer I wanted: one that provided a more human-centered approach. Apple was right to call it "a computer for the rest of us." While I started out as a designer for print and the Web, working as a Phoenix Macintosh support provider gives me an opportunity to blend several of my interests and skills. I'm passionate about "mediating" between people and computers, helping my clients to get the most from their Mac. There's nothing like seeing a person's eyes light up when they say, "I didn't know I could do that!" :)
